OUR STORY

Fertile ground:

As an immigrant to the United States and having to learn English as a 2nd language at 7, a 10-year-old Dr. Francisco became ill with the flu as many children do at that age.  His mother, while working 2 jobs to support him and his 2 siblings, asked for permission from her job to take him to the doctors.  While at the front desk she asked for the cost while Dr. Francisco interpreted for her the best he knew how and were told the amount.  As the physician/owner overheard the conversation, he came to the front desk and loudly said in front of other patients in the waiting room, "we're not a charity".  Embarrassed and humiliated, Dr. Francisco and his mother left that clinic to seek medical care elsewhere. Ever since then, those words have echoed in Dr. Francisco's mind with that exact question, why not be a charity?  Thereby, Nature Care was born.  

“Some seeds fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.  Whoever has ears, let them hear.” Mt. 13:23

At Nature Care, we are dedicated to serving our community through natural medicine which takes us from the past staples and foundations of natural medicine to the future of healing through regenerative sciences both promoting self-healing holistically.  We incorporate a 30, 60, 90 principle which allows us to bring forth avenues in which we can break through the financial barriers by providing a 30%, 60%, and 90% discount for those who qualify (case by case basis).

Medical funds raised by Nature Care will continue to pay it forward by delivering the same high-quality healthcare to countries in need such as Dr. Francisco’s home country.  He has dedicated his life to bringing healthcare to those in need and breaking through the financial barriers to healthcare in underserved communities such as in Leon, Nicaragua where Nature Care is equally dedicated to serving the community by building a 4,000 sqft medical facility.  In this way, a single mother with kids in the united states can feel empowered by knowing that the services she and her family receive at a discounted rate by Nature Care will, in turn, contribute to helping other families in a 3rd world country who will also receive that same high-quality health care.

We’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. From the beginning, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts.
